FOR SALE - New unused year 2023 HVAC complete air handling heating/cooling system for an 18,000 sq.ft building that can used for Manufacturing, Warehouse, growing plants, Data Centers, Health Care, Office, Schools, Museums, Hospitality, Retail, Government and more. The air handlers and mechanical equipment have been stored inside; the 3 chillers are outside fully wrapped and are sitting on concrete pads. The pumps and other equipment are installed inside and must be removed. The heating is approximately 1.5 millions btus each with two gas fired low Nox condensing boilers = 3 million btus.
A.) Six (6) Indoor Daikin CAH018 air handlers rated at 7800 cfm each.
B.) Three (3) outdoor Daikin AGZ140 air cooled chillers; cooling is 130 tons each x 3 = 390 tons.
C.) One (1) Air & dirt separator 8 inch at 940 gpm.
D.) One (1) Air & dirt separator 6 inch at 370 gpm.
E.) Two (2) Hydronic Buffer tanks 125 pounds.
F.) Two (2) Riello HW boilers 1.5 million btus each with gas fired condensing = 3 million btus.
G.) Eleven (11) Grundfos pumps circulator and end suction with kits.
